About the Journal

The International Journal of Education Foundations (IJEF) is a peer-reviewed journal issued and managed by the Department of Education Foundations at Saint Augustine University of Tanzania (SAUT). The journal serves as a forum for researchers, academicians, and scholars to review and publish research and intervention works. Its primary purpose is to distribute knowledge of the most recent research and breakthroughs in the broader area of education foundations.

IJEF aims to become an international peer-reviewed journal devoted to publishing high-quality papers reporting significant advances in education research. Acceptance decisions for manuscripts will be based on the originality and quality of the research and its prospective interest to a wide readership. Therefore, all manuscripts submitted to IJEF should provide novel perspectives on educationally relevant and/or contemporary problems and be of interest to a broad readership.

IJEF is conscious of the changing demographics in our university’s service area and is committed to growing and adapting to meet emerging social, economic, and educational needs. It is the wish of IJEF to provide comprehensive access to educational research studies to the educational stakeholders served by our university and beyond.
